Every SAS MEP maintenance plan pairs a Premium deep service with an Essential service across the year. You don’t pick one — a plan includes both. Priced per AC unit, tailored to your home, and delivered as an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).

HOW YOUR PLAN WORKS
Most clients don’t choose between the two — a plan includes both. We tailor every agreement to your property, with a simple standard and an enhanced option:
STANDARD
1 Premium deep service, then 1 Essential service six months later — two visits a year.
ENHANCED (QUARTERLY)
2 Premium and 2 Essential services a year, every three months — recommended for homes near construction or heavy dust.

Core preventive maintenance — keeps your AC running clean and efficient through the Dubai summer.
- Thorough deep cleaning of all air distribution grills
- Detailed cleaning of supply and return air diffusers
- Complete cleaning of exhaust systems to remove buildup and contaminants
- Cleaning or replacement of air filters to maintain optimal airflow and air quality
- Full sanitisation of ductwork to eliminate dust, debris, and microbial contaminants
- Sanitisation of cooling and heating coils to improve system performance and hygiene
- System testing and inspection to verify proper operation and identify any issues
- Advanced chemical cleaning of cooling and heating coils for enhanced efficiency
- Deep cleaning of blower assemblies to ensure proper airflow performance
- Deep cleaning of motors and mechanical equipment to ensure efficient operation
- Cleaning of condensate drain trays to prevent blockages and water buildup
- Post-service performance test with recorded readings
First / deep visit
PREMIUM
Everything in Essential, plus chemical coil cleaning, blower assembly servicing, and full operational testing.

DELIVERED AS AN ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
Your plan bundles both scheduled services, priority response, and discounted repairs into one fixed annual agreement. In Dubai’s summer peak (June–September), an AMC guarantees you a SAS MEP engineer slot.

Why your plan includes both services
The Premium deep service (first visit)
We start with the full deep service: advanced chemical coil cleaning, blower assembly and motor deep cleaning, and a recorded performance test. This restores efficiency that routine cleaning alone can’t recover — the biggest single win for older or heavily used systems.
The Essential service (six months later)
Halfway through the year we return for preventive cleaning — grilles, diffusers, filters, ductwork and coil sanitisation, and a full system inspection — to keep air quality high and DEWA bills down through the Dubai summer.
