Two scope levels for residential and commercial AC maintenance in Dubai. Both plans are available as single visits or as Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Tier 1
ESSENTIAL
Core preventive maintenance — keeps your AC running clean and efficient through the Dubai summer.
- Thorough deep cleaning of all air distribution grills
- Detailed cleaning of supply and return air diffusers
- Complete cleaning of exhaust systems to remove buildup and contaminants
- Cleaning or replacement of air filters to maintain optimal airflow and air quality
- Deep cleaning of motors and mechanical equipment to ensure efficient operation
- Full sanitisation of ductwork to eliminate dust, debris, and microbial contaminants
- Sanitisation of cooling and heating coils to improve system performance and hygiene
- System testing and inspection to verify proper operation and identify any issues
- Advanced chemical cleaning of cooling and heating coils for enhanced efficiency
- Deep cleaning of blower assemblies to ensure proper airflow performance
- Cleaning of condensate drain trays to prevent blockages and water buildup
- System testing to confirm operational performance and reliability
Tier 2
PREMIUM
Everything in Essential, plus chemical coil cleaning, blower assembly servicing, and full operational testing.

An AMC bundles scheduled visits, priority response, and discounted repairs into a fixed annual plan. In Dubai’s summer peak (June–September), an AMC guarantees you a SAS MEP engineer slot.

How to choose between Essential and Premium
Choose Essential if
Your AC system is under 5 years old, has been regularly serviced, and you primarily need preventive cleaning to keep DEWA bills down and air quality high. Essential covers the full scope of routine maintenance most residential apartments and villas need.
Choose Premium if
Your system is older than 5 years, runs heavy summer loads, has not been deep-serviced recently, or is in a commercial setting where reliability and performance verification matter. Premium’s chemical coil cleaning and blower assembly servicing restore lost efficiency that routine maintenance alone won’t recover.
