Clint’s career began on the front line of engineering.

After starting his own business, he trained as an air conditioning and refrigeration engineer while working on the London Underground — gaining invaluable real-world experience in highly regulated, safety-critical environments. This early exposure shaped his practical, detail-driven approach and gave him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver reliable, compliant building services in complex settings. From these foundations, Clint formed and grew Magnolia Building Services into a successful organisation known for technical excellence, strong governance, and customer-focused delivery. His leadership spans strategic planning, operational efficiency, business development, and performance management, ensuring the business continues to evolve and exceed expectations.

Our Operation will be led by Jack Sibley, who brings over a decade of senior-level Hard Services Facilities Management expertise across some of the UK’s most high-profile and critical environments, including GSK, Wembley Stadium, and Transport for London, where HVAC services form a critical part of the service delivery and key function to ensure the facilities can operate.

Jack is a highly accomplished Account Director with a strong track record of managing large, multi-site portfolios and leading teams of up to 300 people.

His career has been defined by delivering complex operational programmes, driving commercial growth, and implementing transformational change that improves efficiency while maintaining business-critical service continuity

Recognised for his strategic approach, Jack specialises in service excellence, risk management, and compliance, ensuring every operation meets the highest standards of safety and performance.

Beyond operations, Jack is passionate about people development. He actively champions apprenticeships, structured career pathways, and a positive safety culture building high-performing teams that thrive in demanding environments and exceed client expectations.
