Our diagnostic and repair process

1. Triage on WhatsApp — describe the symptoms and (where possible) send a short video. We often diagnose 60-70% of issues before arrival.
2. On-site diagnostic — engineer arrives with full kit, runs pressure tests, electrical checks, and refrigerant analysis.
3. Fixed quote before any repair — we never start chargeable work without your written approval.
4. Repair on the same visit — most common issues are resolved in a single appointment with parts on the van.
5. 90-day repair warranty — every chargeable repair is covered against recurrence of the same fault.

How fast can you get to me?

Same-day response is the default for Dubai during business hours (Sun-Thu 8:00-18:00). For AMC customers, response time is guaranteed at four hours within Dubai during peak summer. For non-AMC emergencies during summer (May-September), we usually arrive the same day; outside summer, we typically arrive within 24 hours.

For weekends and out-of-hours emergencies (anything between 18:00 and 8:00 next day), message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm a slot or refer you to a partner if all our engineers are deployed.
